Assist with account specifications queries of the team Establish standards, procedures, and instructions that contribute to the effectiveness of the data quality Ensure the company meets and exceeds quality/production requirements. Monitor employee productivity, quality, and prepare scorecards to provide employees consistent performance feedback. Train and retrain employees on transcription procedures and equipment Reviews and edits transcribed reports for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and accurate medical terminology.
